WilliamTractor ships heavy equipment via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Due to the size and weight of our inventory, standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) are generally not used. Large items — tractors, loaders, full-size excavator buckets — typically require flatbed or lowboy trailers.
Freight cost is quoted separately from the equipment price. Before you commit to any purchase, we will provide you with a freight estimate based on:
You will never pay an unexpected freight charge. All shipping costs are confirmed before payment is processed.
Local pickup is always available and preferred for buyers within a reasonable distance. Contact us via WhatsApp to get our exact location and schedule a pickup time.
Domestic USA freight typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. UK and Canada may take 7–14 business days depending on customs and carrier schedules. We'll keep you updated throughout.
All freight shipments are sent with appropriate packaging and securing. In the rare event of transit damage, inspect the delivery before signing the freight bill and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork. Photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with any carrier claim.
Buyers outside the USA, UK, and Canada are welcome to enquire — we may be able to assist or advise on the most cost-effective shipping route. The buyer is responsible for import duties and customs fees in their country.
